About
The river
The Chavanga runs off the Tersky coast of the Kola Peninsula into the White Sea. Forty kilometres of pools, rapids and tundra banks, and one of the healthiest Atlantic salmon runs left in Europe.
The camp
Wooden cabins, a smokehouse, a drying room and guides who have been reading this water since 1994. Small groups only — six rods on the river at a time.
The shop
Everything we sell we fish ourselves. Rods, reels, lines, tied-on-site flies and clothing that holds up to a northern autumn. If a piece of gear does not survive a season here, it does not stay in the catalogue.
